How do I create my birth chart?

During onboarding, enter your date of birth. Liminal calculates your Western zodiac sun sign, your specific decan (one of 36 sub-sign profiles), and your Chinese zodiac animal — all used to personalise your readings and guidance.

Are the tarot readings pre-written?

No. Every reading is generated in real time by AI, considering your birth chart, the cards drawn, their positions, and the current moon phase. No two readings are ever the same.

What do I get with the free version?

Free users receive a daily AI tarot card with a personalised interpretation, moon phase tracking, birth chart calculation, a reflection journal, and reading history.

What does Premium unlock?

Premium gives you unlimited readings across all 4 spreads (Single Card, Three Card, Celtic Cross, Love & Connection), Deeper Reading mode, Soul Bond love compatibility, the full Cosmic Lifestyle Guide, love tarot, cosmic love letters, and daily love guidance.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store. On iPhone/iPad, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Liminal. On Android, open Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your readings and journal entries stay on your device. Your birth data personalises your experience but is never sold or used for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile in the app, scroll down, and tap "Delete Account." This removes your account and all associated data from our servers. Please cancel any active subscription first.

The app isn't working correctly. What should I do?

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store. If problems continue, email us at ian.thomson@melynmanagement.com with a description of the issue and your device model.
